Float RN / Paramedic – Full-Time

Locations: Tampa, FL (Carrollwood, South Tampa, Gandy, and other Replenish IV Solutions locations)
Employment Type: Full-Time (Includes mornings, evenings, and mobile shifts)

Position Overview

Replenish IV Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse or Paramedic to join our team as a Float RN/Paramedic. This role provides clinical care and support across multiple locations, ensuring seamless client experiences while maintaining our high standards for luxury wellness services.

The Float RN/Paramedic plays a key role in supporting clinic operations and delivering concierge-style care both in-clinic and in mobile (home or office) settings.

This float position will include a consistent weekly schedule of:

• 2 clinic days at our Gandy location (8:30am - 6:30pm)
  
  
• 2 morning mobile service shifts (6:30am - 4:30pm)
  
  

Additional coverage at other clinic locations, including Carrollwood and South Tampa, may occasionally be required based on operational needs.

This is a dynamic role for clinicians who thrive in varied environments, enjoy autonomy, and excel at building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver IV therapies and injections with precision, professionalism, and a client-centered approach
• Administer Weight Loss medications and provide Ozone Therapy consultations
• Support clinical operations across all Replenish IV Solutions locations as needed
• Assist with client flow management and ensure smooth operations at each location, including Carrollwood and South Tampa
• Provide mobile wellness services, including home and office visits, during morning and evening shifts
• Create a calm, welcoming, and upscale client experience
• Ensure accurate, complete, and timely clinical documentation
• Educate clients on wellness services, supplements, and retail offerings
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized treatment and mobile environments

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse or Paramedic license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience (high-acuity, wellness, or leadership experience preferred)
• Excellent IV skills required
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation and compliance standards
• Proven ability to review and sign off on medical charts
• Comfortable providing mobile services and traveling between locations
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and client service skills
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
• Reliable transportation for mobile visits

FLOAT Position: Pay Range: $25-$30 per hour plus bonus, commissions and tips.
