Additional Terms & Conditions
All members will be charged an annual fee of $50.00 during sign-up and on the first month of each renewal to cover transactional fees, processing, maintaining all payments/software, as well as the initial evaluation. Injections will be chosen from a preselected list. Membership discounts exclude NAD, Stem Cells, weight loss programs, and retail services. At the end of the membership term, your membership will automatically renew and will be subject to any updated pricing. There are no substitutions for the membership IV’s and discounts may not be combined with any membership services. Loyalty points cannot be used towards a membership service.
